Radically Vegan. Really Delicious.

Why Vegan?

Radically committed to serving up food you can feel good about.

We believe that eating a diet rich in plants is the future of food. It is a fact that you feel better when you eat more fresh vegetables and less meat – and that’s why we have created a menu of beautiful, flavorful and hearty food at an affordable price point. Because we believe that doing good for your body and the planet shouldn’t be expensive, eating vegan shouldn’t feel like punishment, and you shouldn’t have to suffer through another flavorless salad to feel healthy.

Radical About Our Values

In Season

Being “in season” isn't just a buzzword. We believe that eating seasonally is the right thing to do because it makes a difference in the way your food tastes, how you feel, and it’s better for the environment.

Make A (Local) Impact

Rad Radish believes that one of the most important tools we have to fight climate change and support our community is our fork. That’s why we are committed to creating a menu that leaves a small carbon footprint and makes a difference in the lives of our local farmers, all while supporting our community – because doing good makes good sense.

Cheers!

Everything in your glass is fresh, sustainable and seasonal, just like our food. We juice everything daily and only serve up the best local, vegan, organic and biodynamic wines.

Fresh AF

Real. Fresh. Local. Seasonal produce. As good as it gets, just like mother nature intended.

Colorfull

The color of your food can tell you a lot, which is why you’ll never see a dull plate hit your table. Here’s a quick and simple guide to help you understand the value of eating vibrantly:

Improve your skin and rid yourself of free radicals. Red and pink foods like tomatoes, berries, beets and watermelon contain the antioxidants lycopene, beta-carotene, and vitamin C.

Protect your skin, improve immune function, promote eye health. Yellow and orange fruits and vegetables like carrots, turmeric, squash and corn are abundant in vitamins C and A.

Detoxify the body, restore energy and increase vitality. Green fruits and vegetables like avocados, leafy greens, celery, green apples and kiwi are high in vitamins K, B, and E.

Promote longevity, boost memory, fight inflammation. Blue and purple fruits and vegetables like blueberries, plums, eggplant and purple cabbage are high in vitamins C and K.

Protect your digestive tract. Tan foods like wheat, brown rice, quinoa and nuts are high in fiber.

Keep your bones and body strong. Dark brown foods like coffee and chocolate are high in polyphenols and black foods like black beans, olives and lentils are rich in minerals including iron, calcium and anthocyanins.

Fight congestion, allergies and inflammation. White foods like bananas, onions, potatoes, mushrooms and cauliflower are packed with quercetin.
